All Landson Studios orders include complimentary worldwide shipping with full tracking and insurance from dispatch to delivery. Original artworks are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days, while made-to-order prints and framed works require up to 48 hours for processing, followed by up to 10 working days for production prior to dispatch. Delivery estimates begin once the order has shipped, with UK delivery typically taking 1–3 working days. International customers may be responsible for local import duties, VAT, customs fees, or taxes depending on their destination country.

If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will work promptly to resolve the issue through a replacement or repair where appropriate. Due to the made-to-order and limited-edition nature of our works, refunds are not typically offered unless a replacement or repair cannot reasonably be provided.
