At Landson Studios, each artwork is created with the utmost care and attention to detail. As every piece is made to order, we ask that you choose thoughtfully. All sales are final.

Please review the policy below for details regarding eligibility for replacements or store credit in the rare event of damage or delivery issues.

🖼️ Damaged or Defective Items

We take great pride in the quality of our work and the craftsmanship of our printing and production partners. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

To assist us in resolving the matter swiftly, include clear photographs of both the artwork and its packaging. Upon review, Landson Studios will arrange either a replacement or issue store credit at our discretion.

🔄 Change of Mind

Because each work is produced to order and often offered in limited editions, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. All sales are final.

In exceptional circumstances, and at the sole discretion of Landson Studios, a store credit may be offered. If you wish to discuss this option, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

📦 Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Once investigated and confirmed as lost, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.
