Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at design@landsonstudios.com with your order number and photos.

We will offer a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Change of mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights.
