As all artworks are produced to order to your chosen specification, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or faulty. If your artwork arrives in this condition, please contact design@landsonstudios.com within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
